As ESEM Yapı, we established our in-house sheet metal processing center to increase speed and quality in the supply of cladding components and accessories, such as metal gutters, clips, saddles, and rivets. This center plays a vital role in manufacturing intermediate products that support on-site application processes.

The ESEM Sheet Metal Processing Center possesses the technical infrastructure to perform cutting and bending operations of prepainted and galvanized sheets in the 0.40 mm to 5.50 mm range. With 3.00-meter-long shearing and press brake machinery, custom sizing and forming for different projects are carried out quickly and precisely.

Our center is also equipped with eccentric presses for manufacturing consumables like saddles, clips, and rivets. This not only shortens the supply duration of system components but also guarantees the technical compliance of the products and the overall integrity of the system.
