As Esem Yapı, we attach great importance to the security and privacy of your personal data. Within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we implement the following policy regarding the processing, storage and protection of your personal data.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Establishment and execution of the employment relationship
  • Fulfillment of our legal obligations
  • Execution of occupational health and safety activities
  • Execution of internal company communication and organization activities
  • Customer relationship management and improvement of service quality
  • Transfer of Personal Data: Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, our business partners and service providers within the scope of our legal obligations. These transfers will be carried out limited to the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Protection of Personal Data

Rights of the Personal Data Subject Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as a personal data subject, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed
  • To request information regarding such processing if your personal data has been processed
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad
  • To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or inaccurate processing
  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK
  • To request notification of the correction, deletion or destruction processes mentioned above to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
  • To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems
  • To demand compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data
